2. Description of Service

Scrimora provides a team management platform for competitive esports teams, including scheduling, champion pool tracking, composition planning, player statistics, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Teams & Team Data

Team owners and administrators are responsible for managing their team's data and member access. By inviting members to your team, you grant them access to shared team data as configured in your team settings. You retain ownership of the content you create on the Platform.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Scrimora offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your team billing settings.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend access to premium features after a grace period.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or related systems.

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of IT-Lampe, unless otherwise indicated. You retain ownership of the content you create.
