Right of Withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have the following right of withdrawal for contracts for a paid Scrimora subscription.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IT-Lampe, owner Emmanuel Lampe, Rotenwaldstr. 104, 70197 Stuttgart, Germany, phone: +49 176 41660069, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at scrimora.app/contract/withdraw ("Vertrag widerrufen", also linked in the footer of every page). If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay. It contains the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time we received it.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs that arise if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This amount is in proportion to the services already provided until the time you inform us that you exercise your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services in the contract.

Voluntary commitment

In deviation from the paragraph above on compensation, we do not charge any amount for services already provided if you withdraw in time. You get the full price you paid back. Premium for the team ends at once when you withdraw, and the team returns to the free Basic plan. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
